1. Yes, RFC for ARC states that the headers with bigger i (and the last ones)
should be checked. All other may not pass verification anymore.

2. This is two different things. Authentication-Results is a header from one or
more filters or software which authorize emails. ARC-Authentication-Results is
a part of ARC. Each i should have ARC-AR, ARC-Sign and ARC-Steal.

3. Because ARC-AR is computed by the remote relay.
