It's not quite that simple. __THREAD_INDEX_BAD is essentially !__THREAD_INDEX_GOOD, and __THREAD_INDEX_GOOD is used in metas, so they are broken (or at least damaged) as well. We should extend __THREAD_INDEX_GOOD to recognize the new thread index format MSFT is using; that rule already has alternations for multiple formats so that's existing practice.
