The attached patch updates the GitHub Action for macOS only. The installation
of Mail::SPF fails on Linux and Windows too. I think that Mail::SPF needs to be
fixed on CPAN. Another module that requires attention is Net::Patricia. The
module still compiles on macOS, but not on Linux with recent C compilers.
I'm not sure what to do about t/askdns.t and t/dnsplatform.t. It seems that
Apple's DNS resolver filters TXT queries for security reasons. I haven't found
any information on how to disable this macOS feature from the command-line.
