TxRep msgcount fix
By applying this patch msgcount is now correct for email addresses as well.
However, data in the database might be wrong (totscore was increased but
msgcount not) and this could lead to wrong TxRep scores.
TxRep plugin will fix the issue over time but we might need to implement
something to limit wrong TxRep scores.
What about a txrep_min_score and txrep_max_score option to limit TxRep final
score ?
