Updated patch for Bayes-specific Relaycountry metadata
The patch (updated to current tree) cannot be tested easily with 10FCV because
current corpus doesn't have the added header.
What we could do is adding the header and ignoring on Bayes, after some time we
might have a corpus with added headers and we can test it with 10FCV.
