If you have "auto_welcomelist_distinguish_signed" enabled (enabled by default),
"...the SQLBasedAddrList module will keep separate database entries for
DKIM-validated e-mail addresses and for non-validated ones."
I think it's expected behavior, maybe documentation might be improved.
