Previously, make install never created or wrote to a documentation directory — nothing under contrib/ was installed. This patch adds a new DOCS install dimension to Makefile.PL and, as a result, make install now unconditionally creates $PREFIX/share/doc/spamassassin and copies the relocated docs/HOWTO.Bayes-Redis tree into it.
