pass -u to spamd with --ldap-config; update the LDAP test setup for cn=config
t/spamd_ldap.t fails when the LDAP server is set up as described in
ldap/README.testing and t/do_ldap exists.
The patch adds option -u, which spamd has required with --ldap-config since bug
5728.
The patch also updates ldap/README.testing for current OpenLDAP packages
configured through cn=config, with two new LDIF files.
