the spark master builds stopped triggering ~yesterday and the logs don't show anything. i'm going to give the current batch of spark pull request builder jobs a little more time (~30 mins) to finish, then kill whatever is left and restart jenkins. anything that was queued or killed will be retriggered once jenkins is back up.
