There is a JIRA ticket[1] about missing mail for the ASF INFRA team.

According to the ASF motto, "If it didn't happen on a mailing list,
it didn't happen," any vote missing from this thread will be discarded.
You have the option to check the missing votes using a third-party
mail archiving service [2].
