Hi, I have a small PR up fixing predicate pushdown for WHEN NOT MATCHED BY SOURCE predicates. We have been using it internally for quite a while now already, but fixing it via plugin requires copy-pasting bunch of unrelated rule logic as well which is not ideal.
since it's on the verge of going stale, I thought I would ask for some feedback/review here. would really appreciate if someone takes a look at it when you find some time for it. Thanks, Tornike Gurgenidze
