Hi,

I noticed from the documentation that the community recommends using the
Spark Docker Official Image.

However, it appears that recent Spark versions (e.g., 3.5.8, 4.0.2, 4.1.1)
have not been published as official Docker images, and I could not find any
corresponding PRs in the docker-library/official-images repository.

Could you clarify whether there is a reason these versions have not been
released as official images?

Additionally, as a community user, would it be appropriate for me to
prepare and submit a PR to docker-library/official-images for these missing
versions, or is there a preferred process to follow?
