Heads-up: Fix forward of offending commit was just pushed to master branch

Hi,

I just pushed the fix for the breakage of CI on master branch. That
occurred because we have two PRs which PR A changes the behavior which test
in PR B is validating, and we missed to capture the dependency and skipped
retriggering CI to figure it out. (CI for each PR was green before merging.)

If you have seen the CI failure with stream-stream join test, please rebase
with the latest master.
