    @fommil @mengxr I think it's always worth a shot at a license change. 
Scikit learn devs have been successful before in getting such things over the

    Assuming we can make that happen, what do folks think about MTJ vs Breeze 
vs JBLAS + commons-math since these seem like the viable alternatives?
