Looks like we might have a solution after all for this.  This is what I got
back from INFRA:

We have a somewhat "hidden" service, called nightlies.apache.org - a WebDAV
server. You can create a spot directory there and put files using your ASF
credentials.

I'll look at moving the files up there and we can adjust the links
afterwards as part of PR-163.
