Hi all, I'd love to hear your feedback on 2 noob questions I had: 1. Should we create a separate mailing list for JIRA notifications? Most projects have issues@ but perhaps, it's too heavy weight? I am leaning towards just sending JIRA notifications to dev@ for now, but please do let me know if you think differently. 2. I was about to update the committers list on the Spot page <http://incubator.apache.org/projects/spot.html>. I was wondering if I should be more meticulous and only do it for folks who have submitted their ICLA/CCLA, or just go ahead and put everyone's name from the proposal there?
