I made some 1 or 2 minor cosmetic changes (e.g. changed 12/8/2016 to December 8, 2016) to both the Google doc <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1djvT0SwA7H83yFY1X5g_tcW3oPMtU4wS6Inchqym1ic/edit> and to the submitted report. Thanks Alan for putting this together in the first place and sorry I wasn't able to upload it any sooner.
