Hi Jarcec, Regarding posting new requests, Arvind opened a jira a while ago (and it's fixed):
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4630 If you put '/' for the base directory, you should be able to post new requests. I am not sure if old requests can be fixed though. You should probably ask infra people.
