I've added <footer> section into site.xml and rebuild it based on
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/examples/sitedescriptor.html#Custom_footer
However footer change wasn't propagated as expected. Might someone with better
understanding of Apache CMS checkout what I've done wrong?
