Cheolsoo has pointed out in review for SQOOP-807 that reading unit tests in
Derby repository is not a easy task to do and that it would help people to
improve the comments with pointers to DerbyTestCase class why certain
assertions are made. I can't agree more with this opinion, so I'm creating this
Jira.
