With inclusion of Java Client API into module {{client}}, I think that we
should move all the Shell related code to it's own maven module. My main
motivation is to remove unnecessary dependencies for third-party applications
that will need to depend on {{client}} module, but might not want to depend on
groovy or other shell specific stuff.
