I've noticed that users that will try to create package from our published
binary [artifacts|http://www.apache.org/dist/sqoop/1.4.3/] will fail on
following error message:

I've investigated the issue and it seems to be in the way we are changing
licenses in the build processes by explicitly excluding directory in {{src/}}.
