Having umbrella jira "Windows support" makes complete sense. I wasn't sure how
many patches are required to get Windows support or how long it will take to
finish them, so I was more thinking about "long term" branch. However if there
are just three patches that are more or less ready and it's just matter of
upload and review, I'm pretty much fine with doing that on trunk.
