Our current commands are in form of a verb {{create}}, {{update}}, {{delete}}
and others. The {{submission}} command is not a verb which seems weird. One
idea how to improve this is to create "top-level" commands {{start}}, {{stop}}
and {{status}}, however it would be interesting to also investigate other
options.
