We do have our own implementation of
[StringUtils|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/common/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/utils/StringUtils.java]
class. I think that we should remove it and use the one available in
{{commons-lang}} (which is already our dependency).
