I would like to propose adding methods {{getConnector(String)}} and
{{newConnection(String)}} to the Client API. My motivation is to make it easier
where there is multiple connectors in the system as the cid can be on different
servers different for the same connector while the name will be always uniquely
pointing to the correct connector.
