page contains instructions to commit the changelog both to release branch
({{branch-1.99.3}} in this case) and the master branch {{sqoop2}}.
It seems that this JIRA got committed only into the branch {{branch-1.99.3}},
so I'm wondering if we are planning to commit it also to {{sqoop2}} branch? If
we are not planning to do that, would you mind updating the instructions on the
wiki, so that they are up to date?
