I can't say much from the screenshot except that the table column metadata 
could not be found.   There can be a few issues - your tablename is not 
properly specified.   Either you need the sql server specific schema option or 
the table does not exist.   

That said, the versions of the sqoop are wrong (the fix version and affects 
version).   I would suggest looking into the version and updating the versions.
