Couple of high level notes:
* Can we add documentation (stored in {{src/docs/user}}) for the new tool?
* Can move files {{Mainframe*}} from {{org.apache.sqoop.mapreduce.*}} to a
special sub-package {{mainframe}} forming
{{org.apache.sqoop.mapreduce.mainframe}}?
