SQOOP-1354 Sqoop2: wrong maven-site-plugin version
Needed to upgrade maven site plugin.
The configuration of reports for maven site plugin 3.3
requires using classic formatting.

Testing

Test 'mvn site' manually. Was able to validate that the new configuration works
properly. Also, can build Sqoop2 again.
