I'm not sure how you prefer to handle concurrent changes. If this patch gets
applied before I submit the patch for SQOOP-1403, I'll just include the
equivalent changes in the SqlServerUpsertOutputFormat class the 1403 patch will
be adding in the 1403 patch. But if not, let me know how you'd prefer to
handle.
