That is because you've set the {{Affected Version}} field to {{From/To}} which
has been interpreted by the pre-commit hook as that the patch is targetting
{{SQOOP-1367}} branch. I've removed the {{Affected Version}} field, but you
will have to re-submit the patch again in order to rerun the hook,
[~stanleyxu2005].
