We should fix the code to support one consistent way. I am not sure who wants
to type --jid or --cid as well.
Lets add a ticket to fix the code and make it simple and then update the docs

I am particularly not sure -f and -t are good, since they suggest link Ids and
it is not obvious with -f and -t
