We're currently validating three entities on [new job
creation|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/server/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/handler/JobRequestHandler.java#L216]:
* From connector
* To connector
* Driver
However we're sending back only the first two. We don't have any current
validations on Driver and hence it wasn't a problem, but we should rectify that.
