Currently, the Schema documentation is a Javadoc in the Derby repository
component
(https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/branch-1.99.4/repository/repository-derby/src/main/java/org/apache/sqoop/repository/derby/DerbySchemaCreateQuery.java#L23).
It would be nice to pull this out into the Sqoop2 dev guide somewhere.
