I've noticed that some contributors like to name the versioned attachments as
for example {{SQOOP-1819-v1.patch}} that is currently not supported in [current
regexp for pre-commit
hook|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/dev-support/test-patch.py#L140].
