[~richard_zhou], this looks good. I think for the in-code documentation, we can
leave out the "Future Works" section.
There are a few grammatical errors, but it isn't a problem. I'm +1 on [~vybs]'s
suggestion. Could we create a new RST file called "Security Guide" with the
contents that you've attached to this Jira? That we can comment on structure
and content more easily.
