Ai should also mention another reason I think having designs in wiki makes 
sense .

A doc fix was not considered important for a release. 

Here we have a broken doc in 
http://sqoop.apache.org/docs/1.99.4/Sqoop5MinutesDemo.html for 1.99.4 and I'd 
rather would have just edited the wiki to fix this rather than lobby to get 
this patch in a RC for a release.
