Currenlty kite connector and Kafka connector supports direction TO only. While
implementing SQOOP-1624, I found that link/job upgrade requires both directions
present, otherwise the upgrade will break. It worth to have test cases to cover
this part.
Test case 1: Upgrade 1.99.3 repository (no Kite or Kafka connector present) to
1.99.4. Upgrade should pass.
Test case 2: Existing 1.99.4 repository has Kite or Kafka link/job config
created, try to upgrade to 1.99.5 (or higher), the upgrade should pass.
