The ResourceRequest base class has the implementation of addDelegationTokens.
But SqoopClient doesn't has such method to expose the functionality.
Usually, the client users may instance SqoopClient and use SqoopClient the
single entry to access the Sqoop2 server. addDelegationTokens should be also
exposed in SqoopClient for convenience.
