Description: support different IDFs in from and to and add tests around it
(was: Map reduce tests in the mapreduce package should mock/ use a test class
the IDF and not rely on a concrete CSVIDF directly.
Also it should add tests for from and to IDF been different
Basic 101 of unit testing is to use mocks for unrelated objects
public class MRJobTestUtil
public class TestMapReduce
public class TestSqoopOutputFormatLoadExecutor )
