I'm wondering if it would make sense to rather then merging slow and
integration tests to define them as two independent verticals? So that we have
unit and integration tests and both can be "slow" or "fast". I'm thinking about
this as I think that definition of "slow" will be different for each test
category - slow unit test is something that runs for more then a few
milliseconds whereas I would feel that given integration test is slow if it
needs several minutes to run.
