Nits: * The NOTICE file contains copyright dates as 2011-2013. It should be updated if there is another RC or on the trunk/sqoop2 branches anyway. * The source tarball contains extraneous files - derby.log. This should be fixed on the sqoop2 branch before the next release/rc.
