We could potentially add that check, but I would prefer not to. If user specify
invalid dataset URI, he will get Kite exception about invalid URI - which seems
expected. I'm afraid that if we tried to be too smart here, Kite might change
that and we would diverge in the validations. Here the dataset name is
generated and user don't have ability to change it, hence the fix.
