I am no expert, but as per the comment I swapped the AND, did not get time to
look at it since i figured its a trivial swap, does not look like, I am busy
otherwise, I will try to look at it. b/w patch-1 and patch-2, I am not sure if
it makes much of difference, again I am no sql expert.
