The merge statement created by the [upsert|SQOOP-1403] functionality
incorrectly adds the table hints to the end of the statement, which the
[syntax|https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb510625.aspx] does not
support (it only supports query hints, which aren't yet [supported|SQOOP-1435]
by Sqoop).
