Summary: Provide column mapping option for Avro columns

When user imports data as Avro format, the column name must meet valid avro
name convention. In case of invalid name, it will have a "AVRO_" prefix. I'd
rather suggest use some `--mapper-column` argument to ask user to specify an
expected avro identifier.
