In SQOOP-1354 we've upgraded {{maven-site-plugin}} to version 3.3, because the
"default" version that ships with maven won't work correctly with Sphinx.
However we've made the change only in {{docs}} module, so {{mvn site}} can
still fail. Hence I would suggest to change the version in our root {{pom.xml}}
instead.
