Fix For: 1.99.7
HDFS connector currently exposes link level configuration called {{confDir}}
from which we load Hadoop configuration files. I would like to provide ability
to set (and override) certain properties on the link level, so that we can have
links for the sam HDFS that might behave slightly differently.
