I noticed while working on SQOOP-2490 that if the jar containing a class
changes, {{Classutils}} may return the wrong location for the jar (even if the
{{SqoopServer}} is "destroyed"). In addition, the {{CACHE_CLASSES}} map is not
cleared when the {{SqoopServer}} is destroyed.
